  La Mejorana perfectly embodies the warm hospitality, the comfort, the “home-away-from-home” feeling that you should expect from a traditional B&B. The house has been exquisitely renovated and decorated; it is very comfortable and offers plenty of cozy corners in the shared living room and terraces. The fresh continental breakfast includes also Spanish cold cuts and cheeses and there are also sugar-free and gluten-free cookies available.

  One of my favorite places I've stayed. Owners are incredible, cannot help you out enough. Helped with planning hikes and a lot of information. Beautiful premises, sitting areas, and hotel. Small clean pool great for a dip after a hot hike. Rooms are ample sized- not huge. Beds are comfortable. There is a reason this place is so highly reviewed. Grazalema is a good choice for an overnight if travelling this way, and you can't go wrong with La Mejorana.

  A fridge is available for all the guests to store their drinks and food; although there is no access to the kitchen, you can use the glasses, plates and utensils in the cupboard in the living room an have your own drinks and tapas.

  The rooms were spotlessly clean and feature comfy mattresses. There is also an outdoor pool for the warmer months.

  Grazalema is a lovely village and with plenty of hikes nearby. Each room is given a booklet with plenty of information and maps to easily locate the hikes and Andres will also give you some tips on the local restaurants. Highly recommended.

  We spent 5 days at La Mejorana June 2009, and we can highly recommend it. The house is pretty and interestingly decorated, in a quiet location, but still very central. Most importantly, Andres, the owner, is very welcoming and helpful. He has some renovation plans, starting at the end of this year, which will result in each room having its own sitting room attached. At the moment, it's great value, with a free 7th day, if you pay for 6 days.
